Janelle is the newest team member at The Property Shop. She has been a
resident of the Roaring Fork Valley for 8 years. Originally from Florida,
she is a graduate and big college ball fan of Florida State University.

Janelle has a vast amount of practice in marketing and working with clients
through land development firms on residential and commercial projects
throughout the United States. Janelle is committed to meeting customer
needs by providing the highest level of service possible. She wants her
clients to feel that they are well informed and involved in each step of
buying and/or selling property. Response time is of the utmost importance!

Janelle finds plenty of fun when she's not working. Her love for the
outdoors and the many avenues to experience Colorado's recreation have
flourished! She enjoys hiking, cycling, snowshoeing, skiing, playing in the
river and many other activities that are available in this amazing place
especially if includes exercise and laughing. Cooking, eating delicious
food, spending time with family and traveling also rank among her top loves.
